Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

If you reconsider your purchase of an original artwork after it arrives within the affiliate program, you have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to notify us. You can opt for:

  1. A store credit equal to the full price of your purchase, or
  2. A refund back to your original method of payment, minus a processing fee of 20% based on the total amount spent.

Should you seek an alternative artwork, our complimentary art advisory service is available to assist you in finding an ideal match.

In the event the artwork arrives damaged or differs significantly from its description, you’re entitled to a complete refund to your original payment method, provided you report this within 14 days of receipt.

Please ensure returns are coordinated via Main Gallery and sent back in their original packaging, including any certificates that were included.

Refunds are issued based on the exchange rate at the time of processing and will be in USD.

Note: Items such as special commissions, prints from both limited and open editions, and frames are considered final sale and are not returnable. Artworks that have been altered in any way post-purchase are ineligible for return. Refund requests post the 14-day period will not be honored.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Artworks from Special Collections, Limited and Open Editions, framed prints, and eGift Cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Should your order arrive damaged or in subpar condition, please submit a return request form.
